Happy hopping and happy Friday!
If you're new here, you'll notice I participate in the Book Blogger Hop- a weekly meme hosted by Billy @ Coffee Addicted Writer. Each week he posts a new question for us to answer... then you link up and hop around! Join in the fun!
This week our question comes from Tanya @ Girl xoxo and she asks us:
What book have you been meaning to read forever AND finally did?
That would be Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen. I heard rave reviews and my mother's book club read it when it first came out. I had every intention of borrowing the book from my mom and never got around to it. My TBR pile is always huge, so it just slipped my mind... for years. I finally read it at the beginning of this year, and I cannot praise the book enough. I loved everything about it. For my full gushing review, click here.
write to be understood, speak to be heard, read to grow
ooo thats on my list too! I keep wanting to read it and it just has slipped past me multiple times!

I've heard of the book and the movie, but I have never read it or seen it.
ReplyDeleteIt is a very good book. I am glad you were finally able to read it.

Is it wrong that I was always meaning to read this... but now that there's a movie, I'm tempted to just watch that instead?
ReplyDelete... yes... that is like, my most awful book confession, LOL. I don't do that with every book, but that one makes me tempted XD
I was going to say that book too! But I had one that was much older sitting here finally completed. Great book! Glad you finally read it and <3 it.
