Book Blogger Hop

This week, she asks yet another toughie:
What book series do you never want to see end?

I would've loved to see Harry Potter go on forever... but since I can't count on that, I will have to go with a comic series. I absolutely love The Walking Dead series by Robert Kirkman. The trade paperbacks are what I have read- they are a collection of the monthly comics that are published. I began reading The Walking Dead long before the TV show started... I really hope that the comic series continues and doesn't die out because of the show on AMC. The novels are excellent- graphic and scary and with amazing story lines.

    I started reading The Walking Dead graphic novels after watching the show. Needed something to fill the void while waiting for a new season! I'm trying to pace myself so I don't find myself waiting for more. But I hope that it's a series that lasts for a long time!

    Yep, I was sooo sad when Harry Potter ended too.

    Haven't read Walking Dead, but I should check them out. :)

    I love Walking Dead, but I have some major catching up to do with the comics!

    As for the Potter books, I still have hope. For instance, maybe Rowling will decide to buy a medium sized country. Sure, she's got lots of money now, but countries are expensive, so maybe she'll have to write some Marauder books, or continue the series with Harry's job as a Auror. See, there is hope! ;)

    Most comics are designed to go on forever, aren't they? Personally I always preferred reading the shorter self-contained story arcs! :)

    I picked the Harry Potter series myself, but yeah, it is just a wistful dream.

    But... GAH, Walking Dead!! What an awesome, horrific, awesome, terrifying, awesome, frightening, awesome series!!! I'd both love to see it go on, and kind of hate to, such awful stuff happens XD
